A:AnswerSorry, no idea of rubber feet replacements. I put mine on a round trivet hotpad thing that happened to fit in the middle of those 4 feet underneath. It lifted the unit up just enough so that it can easily slide out from the wall a little when I use it. That would also level it to make up for a torn rubber foot, just a suggestion.

A:AnswerThe gaskets will not melt. The hold the cooking grate in place, just above the bottom of the basket to allow heated air to circulate and cook the food. They are non toxic.
A:AnswerIt does come with a rack but it is held in place with rubber feet that slide up and down on the interior wall. They would not hold that amount of weight. You could in theory put "legs" under the rack in order to accomplish your goal. Great unit. We have used it over 150 hours so far.

A:AnswerIt seems to be metal, sounds like metal when you tap it , very stiff. Has a very thin coating over all, easy to wash and dry. This tray will out last the fryer.
A:AnswerI get 20 to 25 drumettes so I'm guessing about 15 to 18 but you could add a little more than one layer, like a layer and a half. You'll want to shake the basket a few times during cooking so they brown evenly.
A:AnswerI've not done toast but I'd say yes. I frequently make garlic bread from an existing italian loaf that I add my own garlic butter and hebs to and it comes out amazingly evenly browned. I know this might sound odd but if you will be using butter or margarine try applying it before toasting. You'll get an almost grilled effect
