The company's name is sencio and they probably do not have a tray to sell you I have a different model and mine has peeled off the Teflon coating and in the basket has peeled and rusted. I would not save the juices anymore for anything with that rust in it. I've owned different Bella products my air fryer has lasted me 2 years so far with no trouble other than the peeling. I would suggest maybe trying Amazon on a universal tray or maybe just put some aluminum foil in with some holes but I think I would not pay close to full price because of that problem they could have put some type of a ceramic coating on it's like they just want you to keep buying them over and over again.
