Can you make toast in a air fryer null

I've not done toast but I'd say yes. I frequently make garlic bread from an existing italian loaf that I add my own garlic butter and hebs to and it comes out amazingly evenly browned. I know this might sound odd but if you will be using butter or margarine try applying it before toasting. You'll get an almost grilled effect

It dries the bread out too much. I wouldn’t.
