Every time I brew espresso, the puck seems almost soupy. With other espresso machines I’ve had in the past, the puck is solid. Am I doing something wrong, or is this expected with this machine? I have tried different amounts of espresso and same result. null

Invest in a heavy metal tamper and fill the filter almost to the top and press down really hard . That helped me a lot. Less water can flow through at a fast pace and you will have a more solid puck..
