A:AnswerInvest in a heavy metal tamper and fill the filter almost to the top and press down really hard . That helped me a lot. Less water can flow through at a fast pace and you will have a more solid puck..
A:AnswerYou may have to reset the shot volume by holding the single and double shot volume at the same time for 3-5 seconds. Or adjust your volume to what you want by holding down the double shot while brewing and letting go when you have the amount of coffee you want.
A:AnswerI would contact the manufacturer. But save yourself some time and order a 51mm portafilter on amazon, the brand CAPFEI has a bottomless and 2 spout option and both are great. Granted they are both for double shots but you can buy a single basket if you insist.
