A: In the espresso filter, you need to rotate the inner basket to bring it to line up with the opening (on outer basket). (Small notch above handle).
A: The CAPFEI 51mm portafilters on amazon fit this like a glove! They have bottomless and 2 spout, I purchased both and use them daily. It also allows you get 16-18g of coffee in the basket instead of 14 with the pressurized portafilter it comes with.

Q: Does it come with a dual wall filter?
A: Yes but I recommend upgrading the portafilter to bottomless or 2 spout from CAPFEI on amazon, they are 51mm and can fit more grounds in the basket.
Q: I need the manual I cannot get this to work
A: One thing I tried that might have helped was lifting and setting the water tank on the back while it's full to try and force water into the line, also make sure it's not steam but just water coming out the wand so there isn't air in the line.
Q: does this machine have a heating tray?
A: Yes, the top surface is a heating place for you mugs.
