“I got this for Christmas and have only been able to change the strength once. It was reset when I moved it and I cant figure out how to change the strength again. The directions don't work. Please advise.”

No one really knows... I just kept pressing all buttons in different combinations until it somehow happened a few days in... and of course the manufacturer didn't find the need to make any instructional videos about it...
