• Have you tried Ice and salt shake it around, should lift the stains, and keeps a clean carafe. As for buying a Carafe, As for a New Carafe, try Amazon, or Ebay, if not try the Bella Pro series Co. Hope this Helps !! Frances

• If u cant find it there go to walmart get the universal one in coffe machine isle. Or order on Amazon.com
