“Does this espresso maker use espresso pods or do you use your own espresso beans ???”

• While it does not bring a dedicated filter basket for E.S.E. espresso pods, you CAN use them very well in the single shot basket. I use them when I'm in a hurry, but I prefer to use freshly ground beans.

• No Pods. You have to have your own beans. You press the espresso into the provided handle / container thing. It has a measuring device and a press to pack it down. Works great actually, and the espresso that comes out is delicious.
