You cannot replace - same thing happened to me and I tried
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I saved my old hamilton beach carafe and it fits perfectly. It was only a 12 cup but it was the right height. I'd check for the taller hamilton beach 12 cup replacement carafe, it should work!!
