my carafe is getting stained and doesn't look too good. where can i buy a replacement carafe for this coffee maker? Looked everywhere on-line, not able to find a replacement. help.. null

Have you tried Ice and salt shake it around, should lift the stains, and keeps a clean carafe. As for buying a Carafe, As for a New Carafe, try Amazon, or Ebay, if not try the Bella Pro series Co.
