I received two $100 promotional gift cards when I bought my washer and dryer in Jan. I tried buying a toothbrush online and I’m getting the error message “PIN code is not correct, etc. etc.”. I then used the other $100 pin and code, same error. Help pls. null

That happened to me too. I had to go back to my orders and purchases under my account. And reclaim the e certificate. Name number same pin and it worked.

The best thing you can do is go to the store, if you had any issues they will fixt it at the moment and sometimes they can do some combo with other deals or coupons that you may.
