You have to be able to get into your email to be able to see the gift cards. If you get no reception in the store with your phone, go to your wifi settings and change over to best buys wifi. If you're at home, make sure that you're connected to your wifi (in case you've run out of gigs through your phone service. Needless to say, you do need to be able to access your email in order to see the gift card. Hope this helps
