“I received two $100 promotional gift cards when I bought my washer and dryer in Jan. I tried buying a toothbrush online and I’m getting the error message “PIN code is not correct, etc. etc.”. I then used the other $100 pin and code, same error. Help pls.”

That happened to me too. I had to go back to my orders and purchases under my account. And reclaim the e certificate. Name number same pin and it worked.
