Sure. You can use it wherever you like. It does not say that it's outdoor or weather rated, so it probably won't last many years. But it'll work just fine for a while. Run it so it's out of sunlight (to avoid photo decay) and keep it off the ground and out of water runoff and it should be fine for a long while. If it's mission critical or going to be run in very inaccessible areas, then it may be worth splurging on cables with outdoor rated casings that can resist sunlight and weather more effectively.
