Yes. However you have to factor the connector size into your planning. Most cat5/6 cable is pulled first and the connector (RJ-45) is attached last. If you have the space to pull the cable with the connector then you are good to go. Just be sure to not pull on the connector.

Yes it’s a very long cord even I still have extra length I don’t use I’d say jus be careful what’s around it so nothing crushes it or rips it
