“I just purchased a computer with Windows 11 and purchased this adapter to have the Laptop screen and two additional monitors. The Computer cannot find the 3rd monitor ( 2nd one connected via HDMI) automatically. Driver per instructions for MAC?”

Depends on the computer. It may only support 2 monitors. Check the gpu max number of monitors. (Though almost all integrated gpus even support at least 3 monitors so this might not be the issue)
