Questionif you have your cable, usb, to the hdmi monitor - how is the mouse response on the monitor? I have a ROKU currently doing the mirrorint to the monitor, and there is a delay in mouse response.

- Answer So far I haven’t experienced any lag or delay in mouse response. I’ve been using it consistently for at least 2 weeks now.

- Answer I don't have this problem on Win 11. My screen is extended to the Projector, Meaning projector is SCREEN 2 and my laptop screen is screen 1.

QuestionIt says that the product works for macOS 10.12 through 11.4. My mac has updated to version 12.6.3 and it was bought in 2015. I downloaded the driver onto my laptop and still can't get it to work. Could anyone help please?

Questionconnected through laptop. windows SETTINGS -> Display says that refresh rate for attached monitor is 50 mhz - monitor itself has spec's that allow 60 mhz? why can't i set this to 60?

- Answer I had the same issue. I think it is the cheap VGA cables I have. I am planning on getting a better quality VGA cable and see if that works.

QuestionThe driver did not install automatically as described. Doing it manually only downloads what appears to be for Mac as it has Mac in the name and I have to tell computer what to open download with and I don't know the answer. Seems like it would know.

QuestionI just purchased a computer with Windows 11 and purchased this adapter to have the Laptop screen and two additional monitors. The Computer cannot find the 3rd monitor ( 2nd one connected via HDMI) automatically. Driver per instructions for MAC?

- Answer Depends on the computer. It may only support 2 monitors. Check the gpu max number of monitors. (Though almost all integrated gpus even support at least 3 monitors so this might not be the issue)
