After you plug in the adapter, go to windows update. Click on check for updates and when it's finished checking click on view optional updates. Click on driver updates and you should see one for the USB/VGA adapter. Click to install it. The driver is from Magic Control Technology.

You just need to run Windows Update after you plug the adapter in, it will find the appropriate driver.  Maybe leave NYAG out of it.

exactly. the windows .zip is not on the device for plug and play and not at best buy link. so don't buy it.
