The representative assured me that they would match any price from any retailer, regardless of when I purchased the item. However, when I attempted to use this policy, I was informed that only a limited number of stores were eligible for price matches. Furthermore, when I requested a price match for a camera I purchased at Best Buy, I was denied due to the item’s non-returnable status. This contradicts the membership’s promise of unlimited price matches from any retailer or date. Additionally, I have not received the promised two-day shipping service. Instead, I have consistently experienced delays of five days or more for my orders. Furthermore, I have not been able to access exclusive member prices. I strongly advise against enrolling in this membership. The claims made about its benefits are misleading and do not align with my actual experience.
