That means you can’t get the new lower price for the laptop you bought 18 days ago just by joining now. But since it’s only been 18 days, try this: Contact Best Buy and ask if they can adjust the price. Sometimes they do it as a one-time help. If not, you can return the laptop (if still within the return period) and buy it again at the new lower price.
