Please try again later.I dropped my laptop and have the $179 protection plan and total tech plus Best Buy is refusing to replace my laptop, even though it’s been dented and damaged from the drop they’re telling me that since the laptop will start up the damage is not something they’ll fix

Please try again later.why did best buy not mention Microsoft Complete Warranty option when i SPECIFICALLY SAID i needed protection that'd cover screen repairs from accidental drops since i am DISABLED and this is my greatest struggle!? Now they want to charge me ANOTHER $79 on top of $179- that i was told covered EVERYTHING- because the best buy compete, THEY SAY NOW (though, when selling me their warranty they SPECIFICALLY STATED MULTIPLE TIMES, I ASKED, THAT IT COVERED SCREEN REPAIRS, 100%, REGARDLESS OF WHAT WHERE AND HOW THEY HAD TO ACCOMPLISH THIS!) ISN'T covered BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO THE REPAIR IN HOUSE!? so essentially, you guys TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS BY SUCH A SCAM?! Surely this is considered just that side i was outright LIED TO, having covered my bases, knowing this type deception exists, however, from BEST BUY?... that's newsworthy!
