The Apple iPad has a fixed storage limit that can not be upgraded. If you need more space for apps and photos, you will need to upgrade to an iPad with more internal memory. Keep in mind, you can also free up space by removing unused apps, or by moving photos from the device to your Mac or PC where you have a much larger storage space.
