I am not at all happy with Geek Squad. No longer have a plan that isn't very expensive. I don't need any of the options they make me purchase. All I need is a plan that will have Webroot and a few tune ups in a year. To me it's simply outrageous for them to just drop a plan that doesn't let me decide what I want to cover. You try to get answers to questions about their plan and you are on hold for sometimes 30 minutes or they never answer and I get frustrated holding so long. You have to wait over a week just to get an appt. to drop a gps in for map updates!!!! And it was on a Sat. late afternoon or wait longer for an appt.
