Total Tec membership is good for 1 year. After 1 year you can choose to renew doe another 12 months or cancel.

Signing up will put you on auto-renewal to renew at the end of the year, but you can cancel anytime by going on Bestbuy.com and managing your membership under your account, or giving us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289).
