I would suggest going directly into a Best Buy store & talking personally with someone at the Service Desk. They will be able to answer all your questions. Or, you can initiate the phone call directly to your local Best Buy store to avoid any chance of clicking on any spam emails, etc.

It's understandable to want to ensure that you're accessing your account in the correct place, especially receiving emails from others attempting to impersonate Best Buy or our Geek Squad. You should be able to access your membership and subscription details by logging directly into your account on BestBuy.com. Once logged in, you can select where it says "Hi, {your name}" and choose "Plans and Subscriptions" from the menu, or visit this link https://www.bestbuy.com/services/planlist. If you have any issues with logging in or finding the details about your account, feel free to send a private message on one of our social media platforms, Facebook (facebook.com/BestBuy), Twitter/X (twitter.com/BestBuySupport), or Instagram (instagram.com/bestbuy), and mention it is in response to a "My Best Buy Review".
