Yes, free standard installation and delivery is included under your Best Buy Total Tech. We can certainly assist you with setting up your new TV and getting your TV app installed under your membership. You will want to make sure you have signed up for the service beforehand so your installation agent can assist you with getting the app installed. As I do not know what TV you are purchasing, I can’t say yes or no on the Fire or Roku stick, but if you are purchasing a new smart TV, chances are it will support YouTubeTV without an issue and you won’t need either. They claim that it's "no longer" included. Clearly they allow themselves the privilege of changing the rules at their sole discretion.
