• I haven’t tested out the Tech at Geek Squad in regards to building a PC from ground up. But yes they will build it. And if you give every part new in its packaging then it should work just fine when it’s built.

• I believe you must purchase from Best Buy to have this service for a product. Maybe you could find what you want if you spoke with the business, you purchased your parts from.
