Read your Protection Plan, locate termology related to "fix or replace" or something very close. Contact Samsung, you should have a manufactuer's(?) warranty. Samsung repairman will come out to service your appliance; if issue not corrected, they will replace. I had a year old washer with unsolvable issue, Samsung replaced the washer with brand new updated model. That was two years ago, not problem since.
