Hello and thank you for your question! In order to get Best Buy Protection from your Best Buy Totaltech membership you will need to buy the item at Best Buy and have your membership active. At the time of purchase you will receive that benefit. Sadly we do not repair consoles but if you had Geek Squad or Best Buy Protection we would.
