I read an article on CNET that stated the TotalTech membership would give me early access to a Sony PS5 console. Is this true? I have been a Best Buy customer for 30 years and have never had such an issue purchasing an item. Any info would be welcomed. null

cant say if it is true, what I can tell you is that I purchased this membership and the Ps5 was gone by the time they gave me access. So im now $200 dollars down. Sketchy marketing tactics from Best Buy... will not only not recommend this, but most likely, will never step a foot on Best buy

Don't rely on a $199 membership fee to secure a game console. Membership is worth it for it's perks but not to score a ps5
