Thank you for the question Tracy. With the Totaltech membership new devices purchased at Best Buy while being a member will automatically get Best Buy Protection plans added at time of purchase. For devices like computers and cell phones they will get the Accidental Damage and Handling benefits of that plan while devices like TVs have standard Best Buy Protection plans that do not cover accidental damages.
