Make sure all of the items in your cart are eligible for total protection. Some items, like groceries and gift cards, aren't covered. If you're a My Best Buy Total member, your total protection coverage should be automatically applied to your cart items at checkout. If you're not a My Best Buy Total member, you can add total protection to your cart items at checkout. Just click the "Add Total Protection" button next to each eligible item.
