Yes, we have evolved our My Best Buy Total offering and renewals and new members' plans do not include installations. If you had a My Best Buy Total Membership (previously Totaltech), you keep the benefits up until your renewal date that happens after July 27, 2023. If you were a Totaltech member, you should have received an email with more information about your renewal and the benefits.
