I agree with Jack Go somewhere else for your computer do not buy anything from best buy and particularly do not , I repeat DO NOT buy geek squad. I did and have been fighting a TV repair on a TV I had for 6 months and they have had in service for 3 making the purchase 9 months old. Absolutely terrible , terrible service . You will have to chase someone for 2 months before you get some one with answers and in all likely hood the answers you get will not be what you want to hear. And don't ever expect a return call . Shop at some where else pay a little more buy a legit extended warranty .

Using Geek Squad for repairs is worthless. Multiple trips and it’s impossible to contact store. All calls are routed off shore to call centers that offer no better info than the app. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY RETAILER. Avoid if possible.
