In 12/20 I purchased a HP Pavilionx360 Laptop, and a HP Envy Photo 7855. Printer. I use only Google Photos ---my question is why don't you give lessons to seniors citizens as to using different features on these machines--I seriously need help.? TY null

I feel your pain I worked in an IT for 20 years I started on Dos and went through various operating systems, 3.1, NT, XP, Vista, 7 and my last being Windows 10. I just bought a new All in One with Windows 11 and there are no instructions so I have to Google everything so I feel your pain. Try Google.
