No you have to buy at the same time, to get free installation of your equipment . You can get total tech service any time by paying $199 annual but they give to discount on installing item but that’s not free. But honestly poor service, they don’t show up if you have total free installing of you items you bought at the same time .waste of time and excitement,

Don't purchase it's a rip off! Next they will start charging to park or shop in store! They forced me to buy elsewhere.
