Yes definitely! I had no technical knowledge for transferring my memory and my salesperson introduced Totaltech to me. I was hesitant about paying the extra $199.99, but as he kept explaining I realized it was going to help keep me from having the headache of trying to transfer everything on my own. I got it and the technician did everything and everything is transferred. If you are unsure what to do I highly recommend that you make the purchase of Totaltech.
