- Answer Buy the actual warranty total tech doesn't cover jack s&@$ but I will warn you when they came to fix my appliance that kept turning on by itself and valves were sticking and potentially could blow up my house they refused to give me a new product and told me it had to be repaired and even after repair it keeps doing the same thing so I myself would not buy anything from Best Buy.

- Answer Yes, they can assist but you may have to leave the computer ( or may not ) also the printer may be having problems and not just the computer. They can help over the phone or online as well and answer your questions or render assistance.

- Answer Was the total tech warranty purchased at the time of purchase? If so I would definitely follow up if you no longer have your receipt ir can be pulled up using your phone number

Yes, when you purchase an appliance from us and the installation is added to that transaction, the service will be included at no additional charge; as long as the membership is active. Just be sure to have those services added at the time of purchase and the system will automatically bundle these out.

- Answer TotalTech is a great service to have with new products purchased at Best Buy however, I have doubts about it covering older products purchased elsewhere. To verify if it will cover your product you should call and ask them directly before purchasing.

- Answer After cleaning my laptop up, I was encouraged by the geek squad team member to purchase a new laptop since mine was so old. He said he would come back and transfer the files for me. It would be a free service with the total tech support plan.
