Think of any question you want answered and make a note of them before you call. The individuals that have made a home repair for me were very nice and patient with me and the fixed the problems. A:AnswerI found out that it is easy to cancel, because I had to cancel my contract for failure to honor the apparently NOT REALLY TOTAL contract. The GEEKS are also FRAUDS. They refused to replace my laptop fan that another repair store did in 30 minutes right in front of me while I waited. YES it was a delicate operatioin that had to be performed carefully, but that's why I originally signed up for TOTAL with the GEEKs. I thought they were experts instead of very young inexperienced kids managed by incompetent leadership.
