“Hi I purchased a Samsung Flip 5 last year and the screen needed to be replaced. With a Total Membership with warranty my phone should be replaced with a NEW one. When I went to replace the screen, they ordered me a REFURBISHED PHONE. Is this correct?”

Except this is not of equal value. and no one wants a refurbished phone that is damaged! I would have never paid for a warranty if this was the case! Misleading customers about new replacements for damaged items especially phones is mis advertisement.
