You can remove the automatic payment from your Best Buy account or got to the local store and they will do it for you.

Please try again later.We are unable to turn off automatic renewal due to the included Best Buy Protection plans that are included for up to 2 years with an active membership. If you want to cancel your Best Buy Total plan, all of your Best Buy Protection plans will be cancelled as well, as they require an active Total membership.
