I just bought an over 56" TV and a Total Membership.  I was charged $99.99 for a "TV Connect" charge.  The Geek Squad placed the TV on the table and used the TV Remote Control to get the TV ready to watch.  I was also charged $59.99 to haul away an older TV.  They were nice and did a good job.
With our previous TV purchase years ago, those extra charges were included for being a Best Buy Elite member.

The Geek Squad delivery team set everything up for me and removed my old TV for recycling as well. With the Best Buy service contract, it did not cost anything additional for delivery or set up. I only paid for my TV.
