The old geek squad support plan has been replaced with total tech support. Does not even slightly compare to the service we used to receive! I recommended the old geek squad support to anyone I knew. They were so helpful, easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of! This new total tech support system is an absolute joke! The agents on the phone are rude, unhelpful, basically useless. The only thing they know how to do is repeat the questions you asked three and four times. I know a question I asked, I don’t need you to repeat it three times! save your money. If you have a problem with a computer, take it into the store and deal with the employees there rather than someone in the Philippines, who could care less about you.

Please try again later.I had the old Geek Squad plan, December 2023, I had automatic renewal, it included Geek support, maintenance and service on three devices plus Webroot. I've had this same plan since 2013. Without notifying me, Best Buy had discontinued GeekSquad protection plan with Webroot. I was charged $199.00 for Total tech, for additional $20.00 they would add Webroot. I demand a refund and cancel my plan. Automatic renewal should be I get the same plan, with no notification of changes.
