- Answer I don't think so. You have to purchase coverage. I purched a not out box, plus Best buy 1 year Membership with Geek Squad availability IT'S WORTH IT

- Answer Yes. But they dont repair in the store. They come to your house. They charge a service fee. Over 60 dollars. I bought a new one for less than the service fee at Best Buy. I have total tech also.

- Answer i've had several TVs mounted with totaltech but now i can't seem to order a TV without paying additional to have mounted or "installed" nearly doubles the price of a TV with installation a mount and cable port.

- Answer A Macbook Pro never comes out the box with Malicious Website or any Malware if it’s new or even refurbished from Best Buy. If it does, return it. If your macbook is infected a long time after you bought it then i’m sorry to tell you that it’s a consequence of your own online actions.

- Answer No, it doesn't. However, their WebRoot Virus Production is extremely good and is not expensive. I have had both for the past 10 or 12 years and haven't had one problem with either of them. I auto renew so I don't forget to do it when they come due.

- Answer I haven’t tested out the Tech at Geek Squad in regards to building a PC from ground up. But yes they will build it. And if you give every part new in its packaging then it should work just fine when it’s built.
