- Answer You have to log into your Best Buy account using your email, and go to “my Best Buy memberships”. From there it should give you the option to cancel your membership. This didn’t work for me, however, and I had to contact a customer service person via text to completely cancel my membership. Luckily they handled it for me with little issue.

- Answer No charge on delivery. Small charge for install. I don't believe they haul away but check with Geek Squad.

- Answer Not anymore, I just purchased a 65 inch TV and it was delivered for free (the box was just placed in the living room). It wasn't even plugged in to make sure it worked ! I had purchased the plan in June 2023 and for the first year the free installation and removal were GREAT benefit. I had renewed the plan on June 2024. Bought the new TV in July only to find out of the major changes to the plan.

- Answer I just renewed my plan in June 2024 and there is NO LONGER free tv installation. The plan pays for Apple Care for only 2 years
