Items (like Roku TVs!) purchased from Best Buy during your Totaltech membership come with an included 2-year protection plan that covers issues like you are describing. If however, you bought the item somewhere else, or from us before you became a member, then you would be eligible for a free in home diagnostic of the television. That diagnostic would include generating an estimate of the repair costs, and Totatech members are eligible for discount on repairs. All that being said, Roku TVs are often inexpensive to replace, and buying a new one to replace the one failing as you describe can be a more cost-effective alternative.
