“I have had Geek Squad for about 9 years for my computer and printer. Is the Geek Squad still available separately or do I have to get Totaltech. Does Totaltech include repair of an older computer and printer that I purchased at Best Buy?”

Best Buy currently only offers the Totaltech membership, but it covers much more than what our previous Geek Squad support plans did. Totaltech would cover Geek Squad troubleshooting and fixing software problems on any computers or printers you currently own. It also provides free standard delivery and installation, an extended 60 day return/exchange policy for most purchases, and up to 24 months of the Best Buy Protection/Applecare+ on most products you purchase while having an active membership.
