Hey there, Sorry to hear you're having trouble purchasing total protection for your cart items on your Best Buy credit card. Here are a few things to check... Make sure all of the items in your cart are eligible for total protection. Some items, like groceries and gift cards, aren't covered. If you're a My Best Buy Total member, your total protection coverage should be automatically applied to your cart items at checkout. If you're not a My Best Buy Total member, you can add total protection to your cart items at checkout. Just click the "Add Total Protection" button next to each eligible item.
