• Hi Smitty, thank you for purchasing a Beurer - Electric Manicure/Pedicure Set. My name is Sheila from Beurer North America. The set has 10 attachments. For thinning of thick nails, I would use the Cylindrical Grinder or Fine Sapphire Wheel attachment. I hope this answers your questions.
